Yuri for sure! His hardflip backtails are insane to watch, he just does them like nothing.

What do you do when you’re not skating?

I work a full time job when I’m at home in Canada, doing home renovations, and if not that I’m just relaxing waiting for the next day to skate!

Who is your favorite skater?

I don’t have a favorite skater really, there are so many people to look up to in the skate world, but the ones who I’m stoked on are, Ryan Decenzo, Torey Pudwill, and Spencer Hamilton.

Advice to new skaters?

The best advice I could give is to just stay positive, humble and don’t let anything get in the way of doing what you love.

Must have food?

If you’re in Canada definitely Pizza Pizza, and in the states, Panda Express!!!!

Favorite thing about skateboarding?

My favorite thing about skating is meeting new people all the time and traveling to new cities to skate.  It’s always nice to meet people from different states and watch them skate.

Words of wisdom?

When we think of ourselves as human, we limit the way we express ourselves in life. We hear, ” I’m just a human; I’m not perfect.” But if we call ourselves artists, where is that limitation? As artists, we no longer have any limitation; we are creators, just like the one who created us.  WOOO!!!!
