Where are you from and where do you live now?
I grew up in the city of Orange, California. I live a few miles away now.
Some random k-mart Bruce Lee board off the shelf. (as seen in the Blind “What if” video in the beginning of my video part) I’ve had many hand me down boards before that but that was my very first skateboard that was all mine.
When did you start skating?
I started skating as soon as I could walk. I’m not sure if it was torture or not but someone wanted me to learn.
What is your go to trick?
I’m addicted to ledges over dirt and bumps over gaps. Go to trick… gotta warm up with solid ollies for sure then whatever get’s pulled out of the bag first.
What year were you born?
When the Lamborghini Countach was first produced, The Blue Oyster Cult released Secret Treaties and the 55 MPH speed limit was imposed to preserve gas usage in the US.
What is your favorite size Blind deck?
I’m fine tuning a shape but it’s a 7.75 – 7.825 x 31.1 – 31.4. I like a lot of rocker and a pretty steep nose and tail. The nose is always bigger than the tail and the tail needs to be nice and full like a half circle.
Everything and nothing.
I love watching Apple TV with all the new releases and Netflix with the 7.99 monthly subscription… movies for dayzzzzz!
Who do you ride for?
Blind Skateboards, Theeve Trucks, Bones Wheels, The Berrics, Mob Grip & The Etcetera Project!
Right foot forward most the time.
If you could have one Blind team riders trick what would it be and why?
I’d go for Kevin Romars nollie heel flips. I’ve lost mine and really need one that works good.
What do you do when you’re not skating?
I use to have lot’s of hobbies… Now’s it just skateboarding, running The Etcetera Project and being a Dad since I knocked up my girlfriend.
Who is your favorite skater?
My favorite skater… I have so many but I really enjoy Paul Rodriguez for his positivity and love he has for skateboarding.
Advice to new skaters?
Don’t worry about being the best or getting sponsored. Practice learning stuff that makes you happy and go with it. Happy Skateboarding!
Must have food?
Vegetables and fruit, rice, random sandwiches and lot’s of candy. You are what you eat.
Favorite thing about skateboarding?
The friends and honest people that I’ve met.
Words of wisdom?
Make sure your nuts and bolts are on tight. It’s going to be a wild and crazy ride.
